Shall:

*** Manage, coordinate, schedule, and oversee projects from initiation through completion and monitor quality, cost, schedule, and on-time delivery to customer.

*** Ensure projects are completed according to customer specifications and expectations and adhere to industry quality standards.

*** Track work-in-progress pieces and monitor deviations in coating or treatment quality; ensure teams perform corrective actions and monitor future performance.

*** Act as company liaison with customers to present updates regarding cost, quality, timelines, and potential changes.

Required:

*** Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.

*** 4+ years Project Management experience for specialty aerospace coatings and surface treatment.

*** Practical knowledge of aerospace coatings and surface treatment including Ti-Cad plating, Anodization, Passivation, High Velocity Oxygen Fuel thermal spray process, Nital etching, etc.
