Recruiting Firm Practice Manager
We are looking for high energy, motivated individuals with five or more years experience in Executive Search or Recruiting to join us as Practice Managers.

If you are an experienced search consultant with leadership skills and seek the chance to build a practice team then contact us. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and communicate market and operating strategy.
- Hire, train, evaluate, promote, and otherwise maintain practice team staff
- Procure and manage search assignments.
- Delegate and supervise prospecting activities, send-out management and negotiations.
- Visit clients and build relationships.
- Maintain team morale.
- Schedule daily training and assign trainer or facilitator.
- Assign projects.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Develop procedures and training materials.
- Prepare a business plan annually.
