At Diedre Moire newly hired Associates earn base salaries between $20,800 and $41,600 and begin receiving additional commissions upon completion of their first projects. Earnings can advance rapidly.
Commissions are based on a percentage of fees billed and as production targets are reached during the calendar year, commission percentages increase. The schedule resets on January 1st. The following table demonstrates potential compensation. Level 1 - 4. Associates cap at 40% while Practice Managers earn commission rates as high as 55%.
