Seeking candidate with 5+ years of operational engineering management experience for a manufacturer of customized industrial rotating equipment. Will lead the development of turbomachinery with horsepower in excess of 1500hp.

Activities:

*** Managing a team of expert engineers through the engineering stages from concept design to commissioning.

*** Evaluating mechanical, electrical, controls and structural designs.

*** Interacting with customers to define, modify, and finalize project specifications.

*** Sourcing, acquiring, implementing and maintaining advanced software.

*** Coordinating and scheduling use of resources and staff.

*** Developing, coaching and mentoring engineering team.

Qualifiers:

*** Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.

*** Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
